Examples for NDR Doc

I have been tasked with getting example fragments to go with the rules in
the NDR document.  I believe it would be beneficial if we use the current
examples that Stephen and Bill have worked on so hard.  It would be clearer
and there would be a cross-referencing ability.

So, this email is a FYI, that I am going to be looking into these.  I will
contact I guess both Stephen and Bill about what version, etc to use.  Is
there anyone else working on this with them?
