Review of the NDR Checklist.

- Deadline:  Monday of next week April 18th.

- We will be working through the rules using email, using the NDRSC elist.

- Tim is going to do the changes to the Documentation Rules and Lisa will
cut and paste in.

- Code List rules need to be brought upto date.  Lisa will send the code
list rules to the CLSC and ask them to update them.
