I think that's overstating the case. We will still have plenty of BBIE Properties of type BBIEPropertType.

Are you suggesting (in the CBC):

	1) We define a type (and, therefore, create an element) for 'AdditionalStreetName'

					OR

	2) We declare an element for 'AdditionalStreetName' of type 'StreetNameType'
