- how does figure 17 change?

- do we make the following changes to document names?  do we leave the
response documents to be "...Confirmation" because they aren't used for a
negative response?
- Expression of Interest -> Expression of Interest Request
- Expression of Interest Confirmation -> Expression of Interest Response
- Unsubscribe from Procedure -> Unsubscribe from Procedure Request
- Unsubscribe from Procedure Confirmation -> Unsubscribe from
Procedure Response
- do any other new documents need to have their name changed?
Does the pre-award committee have any suggestions about the issues in
this ticket?  Document type naming is very important and we need to
try to be consistent, but only if it makes sense.  I need your
perspective on this.
And are we going to go with the limited number of additional examples
that we have, or can more be created?
