What is the difference between ProcurementProject.RequiredFeeAmount  "The amount of the reimbursement fee for concession procurement projects." For the second element , A proposal is to add under the FeeAmount element  of the TenderedProject ABIE a new BIE EstimatedPrizeAmount with definition "Prize and/or payement.  Revenue from the buyer estimated by the supplier" optional , type Amount. and the previous element?
