Pre-award meeting Minutes of meeting 30 October 2019

Attendees: Natalie, Yves, Enric, CÃcile  UBL-258 The ExecutionRequirementCode element is to be used to convey:
reserved execution
electronic invoicing usage (required, accepted, or?)
performance
electronic catalogue submission (required, accepted, or)
electronic signature submission (required, accepted, ..)
The proposed definition for ExecutionRequirementCode is accepted " "A code signifying a type of requirement to be fulfiled by the economic operator"  Will be proposed to the TC  FeeAmount or FeeValueAmount ? To be discussed in TC  UBL-238  Proposed to use the Call for tender document where all elements are available axcept the Expression of Interest Recipient Party to be added as ASBIE to Tendering Terms.  Yves summarized the various amounts that are used in the different documents.  He will present this in the TC.  We will ask to the TC if we can keep the change of the process pictures for version 2.3 or whether they are needed in version 2.2.
