[ubl] UBL meeting attire

I've been asked about appropriate attire for the UBL meeting next
week.  Since this is a Silicon Valley high-tech site, appropriate
attire is just about anything short of full nudity.  As your
chair, I intend to dress up in my better khakis and a shirt with
sleeves, but the rest of you should dress purely for comfort.

The daytime high temperature here is currently in the 70s
Fahrenheit (low 20s Celsius), but it can become chilly at night,
so it's usually prudent to carry a sweater and a light jacket if
you expect to be out in the evening.
