[ubl] Liaison candidate: Derek Coleman (RosettaNet)

UBL TC,

RosettaNet has designated Derek Coleman as its liaison to the UBL
TC.

Does anyone object to accepting Derek as our liaison from
RosettaNet?  You have five days (till the end of the day on
Saturday 1 December) to register an objection if you have one.
