UBL liaison to TBG17

Hello UBL TC,

In order to facilitate one of our big action items -- the
submission of UBL to the UN/CEFACT semantic harmonization process
-- we need to appoint a liaison from UBL to UN/CEFACT TBG17.
Marion Royal, vice chair of the UBL Library Content Subcommittee,
has volunteered to perform this function.

In my opinion, Marion is the perfect person for this job, and I'm
delighted that he's willing to take it on.  I therefore place the
following resolution before you:

   Resolved,

   That Marion Royal be appointed the liaison from UBL to
   UN/CEFACT TBG17.

If you have no objection to the adoption of this resolution, do
nothing.  If you are a voting member and you object to the
adoption of this resolution, please register that objection with
mail to the list  no later than COB 24
December 2003.
