Following my confusion about some of the terms used in your response 
about  the UBL Logical Model, I have studied the latest NDR document, 
known as draft L 
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/4450/wd-ublndrsc-ndrdoc-V1pt0Draftl.pdf) 
to gain some background into where your questions and statements were 
coming from.  

I now have a better understanding of some of the issues that have become 
problematic for the NDR team.  The attached comments and notes try to 
explain what I see as the differences in perspective.

I apologise for copying such a long email to the entire UBL list, but 
given the overall UBL interest I think it better than sending to 
individuals or any specific group.

I hope that this input will assist to both improve the NDR document  and 
make it more consistent with the other UBL deliverables.
