Just a couple of things I noticed:

1. some of the definitions (e.g. in the codelist schemas) are truncated
    - are these just too long (we've had that problem before)

2. where schemas A imports schema B which then imports schema C
   should schema A have declarations for schema C (just declared, with 
   no schemalocation)  - XML Spy seems to have a few minor 
   difficulties in automatically generated instances when you don't 
   have the above declarations (which we don't as yet) - which makes 
   me question whether it is an error to leave out such a declaration

   Of course, including such an declaration of an indirect import could
   cause us problems if we don't include all the codelist schemas as
   separate schema modules and then try to add them later so I'm hoping
   we are correct in leaving out these declarations
