AW: [ubl] reusable spreadsheets error

Hi,
please note that David needs to know what any decisions impacting data
models and schemas are. It's not possible for him to figure out what a
discussion and what a decision is.
And I'm travelling in order to meeting Californians in Geneva,i.e. I cannot
follow your discussions.

Everything seems to have come through OK.  The revised versions of
UBL-Reusable-1.0.sxc and UBL-Reusable-1.0.xls in the zip file have
been substituted for the old ones and a new package uploaded to
ibiblio.
