re possibly final 1.0 schemas

Please note that other corrections were made to the Supplementary Components
in the Codelist Schema modules by David in the latest Schema generations,
besides
correction of the languageID xsd datatype.

It should be checked as to whether these changes bring the codelist
Supplementary
Components fully into line with the CCT and UDT CodeType equivalents. We
had noted earlier that this need to manually ensure consistency is the
downside
of having replaced base="udt:CodeType" with base="xsd:normalizedString" in
the codelist schema modules, but the benefit has been to avoid the
possibility of
circular imports if codelists were used within the UDTs.
