I labeled the last one final-20040407-1300z.zip as soon as it was received 
based on the timestamp of your distribution message.

I've labeled this one final-20040408-1530z.zip based on the timestamp of 
this message.

Perhaps following such a convention would ensure the entire group can keep 
track of last-minute variations.
