We are discussing this on the LCSC call this morning.  There is a new
version coming out, that will be sent to the list before the NDR call
Wednesday.  Please disregard the versions sent out today.

If this is from Jan 2 it is woefully out of date and should not be used.  It
reflects none of the changes from January, February by NDR or the subsequent
changes by the TC.
