MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING
00H30 - 02H30 UTC THURSDAY 21 OCTOBER 2004

As had been expected by members attending the previous week's
call, no one was available for this meeting but the chair, who
held the call as agreed in order to hear any previously
unscheduled business.  The session ended 10 minutes after the line
was opened for callers.
