Proposed TC meeting 2004.01.31-02.04

Hello UBL TC,

We appear to have achieved agreement on scheduling our next TC
meeting for 31 January through 4 February 2004 in Washington,
D.C. (actually LMI HQ in McLean, Virginia).

If any voting member of the TC objects to this decision, please
signify your disagreement with a message to this list no later
than COB Monday 6 December 2004.
