At the recent Pacific TC meeting I was asked to supply copies of the 
process models used by the European IDA group and the UK OGC project for 
their 'accounting' or settlement processes.

The objective is to develop a procurement scenario for UBL 1.1 that 
encompasses the documents used for these payment and reconciliation 
transactions.

Please find attached the three models for discussion at next week's call.
