Apologies that I've had to drop off the
afternoon call. It was getting a lot of
intermittent silence and I couldn't hear
enough but many thanks for the morning
call dial-in which was fine.

since I couldn't pass this on in the meeting.
HISC ask for any further help for forms
sepcifications on the semantics of any new
messages (and perhaps new BIEs of course).
