Hello UBL TC,

Note that we will be resolving the proposed Reusable
architecture in the Atlantic TC call 29 June.  In preparation,
please review the proposal from Yukinori Saito:

It would be helpful to have preliminary comments on this proposal
registered in email, particularly from members in Asia who may not
be able to attend the Atlantic TC call.
