Any comments on using Skype for the teleconference calls

Not wishing to steal bandwidth on this list, but i am intending to use 
Skype for UBL conference calls and want to know if anyone has had 
success with this.  

I know we had issues in China (about entering the # key???)

Any comments are welcome to me personally (or we could establish an FAQ 
for the list).
