Groups - unvalidated-code-lists.zzz uploaded

I have posted, to the UBL Web site, a ZIP file containing a discussion of
how "unvalidated" code list Schemas could be used with UBL.  The file has a
".zzz" extension.  Rename it to have a ".zip" extension, and then unzip it
into an empty directory and open "README.html".  Hope this helps the
discussions (which I didn't hear the end of).
