Hi All

Following some comments received from Markus and Michael please
find attached a new draft version 3 of our proposed transition
statement. This version now has page and line numbers for easier
commenting.

Jon, please could you arrange that this new version is available
to those UBL members who wish to join the plenary discussion item
on this on Friday.
