this meeting was cancelled because no-one called in.

i assume people didn't call in because they had not got the agenda 
before the actual meeting (and perhaps the time changes in Europe).
 
my apologies for this.  i have ongoing issues with delays in posting to 
the OASIS mail server (anything up to 24 hours before it reaches the 
list) and have reported this to them.
