No official UBL TC meetings next week

Hello UBL TC,

Due to the XML 2005 conference next week, we are canceling the
Pacific TC call 11/15 and the Atlantic TC call 11/16.  There will
still be a working Europe/Asia call 11/15, but for membership
maintenance purposes, it will not be counted as an official UBL TC
meeting.  These cancellations do not affect subcommittee meetings,
which will take place as usual, and all of the TC calls will be
back at their regularly scheduled times the week of 21 November.
