The first thing I notice is no codelist
schemas - all the codelist datatypes
for codelists are in a specialized datatype
schema - I pretty sure this isn't right.
(the specialized datatype spreadsheet
was renamed qualified datatypes anyway
but I don't think we decided to do the above
at all).
