SV: [ubl] Final Draft UBL 2.0 Schemas

Hi Betty

The codelist are described in qualified datatypes and unqualified datatypes.
They were not a part of the delivery, but just copied form UBL 1.0.

Where would the codelists be generated from in EDIFIX?

I looked at the schemas that Peter supplied and the schemas
I generated from the spreadsheets and they match.

Is there another spreadsheet for codelist that wasn't part of
the spreadsheet package or is there another process for generated
codelist schemas?
