Thanks so much Stephen - this is a big help!

One issue with the form is it is simplistic so if there are complex
issues where things that snippets of code will make it understandable
you can either send it through the listserve or put it on the form
and send me an email letting me know that you have added complex
information in the form and I will correct the formatting.

I have developed a schema for the issues list and it does include
the ability to add sample code to the structure.
