At last weeks meeting it was decided that input to the issues list should
only be for TC members only at this time.  Therefore, the issues input
form now requires a user name and password in order to input information
into the form.

I have left the issues list
(http://www.eccnet.com/UniversalBusinessLanguage/IssuesList.xml)
itself unprotected so that anyone can read it.

If you want to add some comments to the issues list you can send me
an email and I will send you the  username and password in order to
access the form.
