Revised schedules

Attached are ODF and xls versions of:

 - The normative schedule with the last couple of weeks deleted

 - The supporting materials schedule with the changes noted in
   last week's Pacific meeting. Note that this adds actions for
   MartyB and TonyC.

These are the schedules we'll be reviewing in today's Pacific
call.
