Revised XSD based on listSchemeURI and VER15

Hello again,

I've been able to speak with Tim off-line 
regarding the listSchemeURI for CurrencyCode and 
the VER15 rule regarding default element values.

Please find the latest massaged document models 
in the 20060719-0240z ZIP posted here (revision #2):

My day has ended and I'll work on the 
defaultCodeList.xsl file in the morning and try and have it complete ASAP.

Please exercise the document models in the ZIP 
posted above in case there are other issues to 
massage before the Atlantic call.  I'm very 
worried that with this repetition something is 
going to fall through the cracks.  The more people testing this the better.
