Latest "cl\" directory with hacked currency code checks

Hello all,

For whoever is doing the packaging, here is a revised "\cl\" directory:

   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=19219

Unpack the ZIP and be sure to move the 
"\cl\defaultCodeList.xsl" file to the "\val\" 
directory to override what is there.

This version now checks the elements based on 
CurrencyCodeType with the code list values 
described by the CurrencyCodeContentType code 
list.  There are some redundant ineffectual 
checks being made because this is a hacked 
version ... these will be cleaned up during the 
review process and will not impact on the validation.
