Preliminary test build (PRD2)

Hello UBL TC,

A very preliminary test build of the PRD2 release has been
uploaded to 

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ubl/download.php/19069/2-test01.zip

Note that this is NOT complete and has known problems:

 - A couple of graphics files are missing

 - The validate directory needs revised sample instances (the
   current ones are from 1.0) and therefore does not work yet

 - The prose edit is unfinished; please DO NOT bother with the
   prose -- save your reading for a release I hope to have out in
   a day or two

The current draft is only intended to show the document structure
and to give participants in the upcoming Pacific TC call something
to review.  Please don't bother commenting on anything except
structure at this point.
