Meta data for UN/CEFACT code lists

Hi folks,

I'm looking in the UN/CEFACT XSD fragments for code lists:

     CodeList_CurrencyCode_ISO_7_04.xsd
     CodeList_LanguageCode_ISO_7_04.xsd
     CodeList_MIMEMediaTypeCode_IANA_7_04.xsd
     CodeList_UnitCode_UNECE_7_04.xsd

... and I cannot see any metadata with which to 
populate the metadata constructs of the genericode code list files:

    <Identification>
       <ShortName xml:lang="en"/>
       <LongName xml:lang="en"/>
       <Version/>
       <CanonicalUri/>
       <CanonicalVersionUri/>
       <Agency>
          <LongName xml:lang="en"/>
          <Identifier/>
       </Agency>
    </Identification>

Can someone post recommended values to use for 
each of these code lists?  The enumerated values 
are not changing, this is just for the metadata.
