Editorial repairs to extension schema fragment

In my work this morning I found that the 
documentary ccts: namespace in the 
common\UBL-CommonExtensionComponents-2.0.xsd file is incorrectly using:

   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:CoreComponentParameters-2

instead of what was recently decided to change to the UN/CEFACT namespace of:

   urn:un:unece:uncefact:documentation:2

This edit does not affect the validation of UBL instances.

I'll be making the change in a set of schemas 
that I am creating today based on the Pacific call discussions.
