Hi Tim,

Find enclosed the approved documents of the TBG1-UBL core group meeting 
held in held in Brussels on 26 - 28 July;
     - the minutes of the meeting
     - the convergence document describing the mission and the 
deliverables of the core group
     - the draft work plan.

Can you provide these documents to the OASIS  UBL TC members for approval.
I will do the same to the TBG1 members.

Dear All,

On the 1st of August I provided the minutes of the TBG1 - UBL meeting 
and I have not received any  feedback or comments on the convergence 
document and work plan.
Therefore I have concluded that the documents are approved by the core 
members.
As proposed during the August meeting, I will provide the documents to 
Tim Mc Grath with the request to present them to the OASIS - UBL TC 
members for approval.
As Chair of TBG1 I will present these documents to the TBG1 members for 
approval.

group meeting held in Brussels on 26 - 28 Jul,y;
    - the draft minutes of the meeting
    - the convergence document describing the mission and the 
deliverables of the core group
    - the draft work plan
.
As agreed during the meeting, these documents are sent the participants 
of the meeting for review, comments and approval.  Once the documents 
are approved the final version shall be provided to the Tim Mc Grath and 
the TBG1 chair for distribution to the UBL TC members and the TBG1 members.
