RE: [ubl] NDR 2.0: Rule SSM4

Hi Michael,

I'm picking up the thread from June, and see that rule SSM4 has been removed entirely.

What's the rationale for the removal? Is it to permit imports of both non-UBL namespaces for use in the extension element as well as the UN/CEFACT UDT module?

Good point. We will have to *exclude* the UDT for the reason Sylvia pointed out yesterday. ('IdentifierType' vs. 'IDType').

SSM4: Imported schema modules MUST be fully conformant with UBL naming and design rules.

Does that include or exclude the UN/CEFACT UDT schema?
