[#3798] Ballot launched for approval of UBL v2.0 as Committee Specification and Submission for OS vote

everyone,

 

  The ballot is 
now up and running; all voting members should have received an autogenerated 
notice from Kavi. Please note that I do not, as of yet, have the new files 
uploaded to docs.oasis-open.org; hopefully that will be accomplished this 
evening.
