Please find a repaired subdirectory here based on 
cs-sanity1 (not Sylvia's post last night; I had 
to start the process earlier than receipt of the latest schemas):

I hope you find this one acceptable; please let 
me know if you find any other problems.

Note that this process did not result in a change 
to the defaultCodeList.xsl file.
