CCTS 3.0 draft with updated diagrams

During today's Atlantic call, I agreed to distribute the latest draft that  
I have of the CCTS 3.0 spec, primarily as a "heads up" for the NDR editors  
(in particular to show the latest versions of the CCTS metamodel  
diagrams).  As what I have is just an interim draft from a working meeting  
(and already out of date), I would rather not post it to the mailing  
list.  Instead, if anyone wants a copy (for UBL purposes), please e-mail  
me and I will send it to you directly (with various caveats attached).  I  
hope that is OK.
