Tentative 2008 UBL work schedule

Hello UBL TC,

Attached is a tentative work schedule for 2008.  Tim and I are
still puzzling over the best way to schedule work on the
Customization Guidelines and will be discussing the matter in this
week's Pacific call.

Note that the schedule calls for status checks this week on the
following work items:

   Revised code lists (gc updates)
   2.0 NDR
   Customization guidelines
   Calculation models
   BITS

These will be included (explicitly or implicitly) on the agendas
of this week's con calls.
