Issues List Reset

The issues list has been reset in order to capture issues for version
2.1.  To add a new issue complete the form:

To view the issues list:

http://www.eccnet.com/UniversalBusinessLanguage/IssuesList.xml

I also kept the issues from the last round active.  You can view
previous issues at:

NOTE:  In order to view the XML files you should use Internet Explorer
because it uses XSLT for presentation.
