Attached is version 20090516-0120z of modifications to 
UnqualifiedDataType_7p0.xsd 20090422 draft based on the supplementary 
components found in the CCL08B_17FEB09.xls spreadsheet that are not 
present in the existing schema.

Changes and a question are documented inside at the top of the file.
