RE: [ubl] Defining Geograpic areas in UBL - How?

Ken,
Thanks once again for helping us understand just how to address new
requirements in UBL.  The circular area was just my alternate guess of a
possible new requirement. It may be valid in the future but I don't think
that it is required for Freightwise..
