UBL LATAMRSC FORMATION

If no objections to the proposed RSC rules are posted by COB

tomorrow, we will formally propose creation of the new Latin

American Regional Localization Subcommittee.

We are considering moving this meeting (the Atlantic UBL TC

call) so that more people can attend.  The current proposal is
