GKH: Balisage 2010 in Montreal 2-6 August 2010; SC34 in

South Africa (probably Pretoria) tentatively scheduled for

27 September through 1 October 2010.

Review of Atlantic call minutes

GKH: Regarding the proposed change in dates for Atlantic TC

calls from Wednesdays to Tuesdays: Atlantic callers will

have less time to review Pacific call minutes.

AH: But we expect little actual business to occur in Pacific

calls for the coming year anyway.

JB: Pacific call minutes will have to be produced in a more

timely manner, but that's not a big problem.

ACTION: JB to check with TM to confirm that Tuesdays are at

least no worse than Wednesdays.

No other comments.

UBL 2.1 SCHEMA GENERATION

2009.08.18 "Review of Schema Generation."  This was the last

chance to file objections, questions, or changes.

AH: Have reviewed and think that this is a good solution for

qdt and udt.

ACTION: GKH to add language to explain that "other

qualifications" in Figure 1 refers to validation items like

field lengths that are not addressed by the default UBL XSL.

AGREED to adopt the document as the basis of our strategy for

schema generation in UBL 2.1 (it being understood that minor

changes to operational details will need to be made as the work

proceeds).

2010 UBL TC MEETING SCHEDULE

8-12 February 2010 in Copenhagen, colocated with a PEPPOL

conference 10-11 February.  TM to chair.

JB: Note that the dates of 2-6 August 2010 for Balisage put our

summer meeting at the same location the week following (9-13

August 2010) per the agreement we reached at the August F2F.
