Seasonal call time changes

Hello UBL TC,

It's time again to shift our Atlantic and Pacific call schedules
around as Daylight Time begins and ends in various places.  This
weekend, in keeping with established UBL TC practice, the start
time for the Atlantic TC call moves from UTC 15:00 to UTC 16:00,
making the call times in North America and Europe appear to stay
the same (11 a.m. in New York), while the start time for the
Pacific TC call stays at UTC 00:30, making the time in North
America appear to shift earlier one hour (from 8:30 p.m. to 7:30
p.m. in New York).

Please CHECK THE TIMEANDDATE URL at the top of each meeting agenda
to make sure you dial in at the right time.
