There is a typographical error in UBL-CommonBasicComponents-2.0.xsd that reads:
schemaLocation="UBL-QualifiedDatatypes-2.0.xsd"
... and should read:
schemaLocation="UBL-QualifiedDataTypes-2.0.xsd"
As well, the corresponding file name in the common directory needs to
be changed.
The upper-case "T" is correctly used in the strategy documentation,
but the changes were overlooked when I created the files in the ZIP directory.
