Looking at the official ISO list (http://www.iso.org/iso/list-en1-semic-3.txt) it seems that even the UN/CEFACT list is up-to-dated, the following countries are missing:

	鐺AND ISLANDS;AX
	GUERNSEY;GG
	ISLE OF MAN;IM
	JERSEY;JE
	MONTENEGRO;ME
	SAINT BARTH彳EMY;BL
	SAINT MARTIN;MF
