Reminder: no UBL TC calls this week

As announced previously, we're skipping UBL TC calls this week
while waiting for PSC, TSC, and Security SC to catch up with
action items heading into initial preparations for PRD2.  We
will be meeting as usual next week, beginning with the Pacific
call on 17|18 January.
